Going to ortho 2nd time for pokey wire

Well im going to ortho again for same wire that is poking me.It made a tiny little hole in my inner cheek.Last time they put this ball of cement at the end of it and it fell off the next day.I called today and told them I would like them to try something different.(Dont know what they can do) but something has to be done cause when I talk or eat,the wire gets caught on my inner cheek and then scratches against it.Hope I get relief soon.
