Think I lost a ligature

Hi

Just got braced on Friday. Thankfully i don't seem to be having too many problems, it's taken the fun out of eating but I'm not in too much pain. I think though that I've pulled off one of my rubber bands with some cleaning. Has anyone else manahed to do this? Should I go back to my ortho?

If it's the lig, you might want to call the office.
Upper and lower 1st premolars extracted
Uppers braced 4/6/07 & Lowers braced 4/20/07
ceramic brackets and rectangular arch wires
Est. term: 30-36 months
De-banded: 3/04/09 w/ LBR and U&L Essix

Last month i walked into my bathroom and found what looked like a lig that popped off. I don't ever recall it happening. I went for a mad search for the lig-less bracket and to my surprise I found all my brackets had a lig on them. I thought could it be an extra lig? I still wonder what happened...
