Hello and welcome.

Congratulations on getting your braces, here are a few tips to help you get used to your new braces
  • Rinse your mouth with warm salt water often
Put wax on any brackets/spots that are rubbing
    stay well hydrated
apply lip balm/vasaline to your lips
Im glad you like your colour choice.

It looks like you're getting lots of good advice! So, welcome.

Don't worry, it really doesn't take long before you don't even notice them anymore. They just become a part of your routine.

And let me tell you, once you've been on the soft foods for a while, and you can start eating harder foods - everything tastes SO good. Because you haven't gotten to taste it in a week or so.
