Powerchains and rubberbands

#1 Post by janabug »

I just got powerchains on my top teeth. She also wanted me to wear one rubberband on each side of my mouth. I didn't have my glasses with me so I couldn't see how to put the rubberbands on. I have been trying to put them on for about 1/2 hour and just managed to do one side. Is there an easy way to attach the rubberbands?

I got a little plastic tool from my ortho to help put elastics on. It has a hook on one side. Sorry, I don't have a pic, but this topic has come up before and there is a pic in a thread somewhere.

Yep, I've got that little plastic tool too. Try a toothpick.
