I chew on my left side. I think because I have an open bite on my right.

Um.....I have to think about that. Mostly I think I chew on both sides, but perhaps with a slight preference for the right hand side. Maybe because I'm right dominant? Don't know.

Deffinately on my left hand side at the moment. Huts too much on the right, but I keep trying. Only had my brace on for 7 days so everything stiil feels a bit strange.

Until quite recently I could only chew on the left because I have a big gap at the back on the right and the backmost top tooth was very tender. But the last few weeks I have been able to start chewing on both sides.

I always start of chewing on my leftside for some reason and I'm right handed.

Hmm, 90% of the time i chew on my right side. I'm not sure why, just feels more comfy! Only if i put too much food in my mouth at once does my left side come into play....!

I prefer my left side as my teeth fit nicely together on the left. However I make a conscious effort to chew on the right so that the muscles on that side of my face get a work out!

I chew on my left side about 90% of the time. Once in a while I'll chew on the right, just to say that I chewed on that side.

I used to be 90% left sided chewer before braces but have found myself searching for either side that will bite down further because my bite changes so much.

Depends. Prior to being braced it was either side. right now I chew mostly on the left as I have 2 teeth (canines) on the left that hit occasionally when I chew on the right.

Mostly on the left but making myself chew on the right. I have a tooth hitting a bracket right now so when I do move food over to that side I am quite slow.

I chew on whatever side hurts the least! One day it's the right, then the next day the left.

I chew on my left, because the right doesn't fit right it seems or else i just cant grind the food on that side.
