I have had a bite jumper for about 3 weeks now and I am just curious if anyone knows how they actually work ? i have a slight overjet on the right side which is causing an unaligned bite. DOes the jumper push my upper teeth back one by one ?

thanks for the response. it is appreciated. I may have the name confused, but i am unsure. when looking at the photo in the article it doesn't look like my appliance. mine has springs on it with 4 stoppers on the right side and one on the left which i am assuming increase the force. Is this the same thing as the jumper in the article ? it looks like Forcus Springs in the following link.
