Ran out of elastics

#1 Post by KikiloSugilo »

With just a few days until my next adjustment I managed to lose my bag of elastics. Fortunately I had a few bags of medium sized elastics. I was wondering since I use heavy elastics, if I could just double up on each side to make up for the lack of force?

If your ortho's office is inconvenient for a quick drive-by then you can call and ask them to drop a bag or two in the mail. You should have them the next business day. But as everyone else has stated, it is not a good idea to alter your treatment without asking those responsible for the final results.

Regards,
Rory

Don't hesitate to call your ortho. I'm sure he'll give you a new bag of heavy elastics.
