In short, what's your problem? Or what gives you the need for braces/other appliances?
Let me start first..

Crossbite, crowding, slight overjet.

class II molar relationship
crowded upper incisors
overjet
constricted top arch
posterior crossbite

all complicated by having extractions as a teen which actually made things worse long-term.

When I got my braces, it was for crowding and open bite.
I'm the owner/admin of this site. Had ceramic uppers, metal lowers ~3 years in my early 40's. Now in Hawley retainers at night!

Lets see if I remember why:

Slight Crowding lower Jaw
Slight Crowding Upper Jaw
Very Small Open Bite
Four Extractions and decided braces instead of paying 1,000 for each molar to get replaced with fake molars!

All in all orthodontic treatment was by far cheaper then extractions and fake or bridge put in!

IDK my "official" diagnosis, but I do remember hearing

crowding
constricted lower arch
deep (90%) overbite

at my initial consult. I'll know better next week :!: when I go in for my big records/impressions/planning appointment.

ETA: Oh, and maybe a slight (4-5 mm) overjet, but I think that's more to do with my constricted lower arch and deep bite, and will probably sort itself during treatment.
