how often do you brush& floss?

#1 Post by regulering17 »

How important is it really to brush after EACH meal?
I don't floss too often:S I'm gonna start doing it everyday now though, I guess better late then never. It just takes a lot of time. And I only brush twice a day, should I brush after each? I guess I should start that too:P starting today.
Ok, so any more tips when it comes to staining? I do the flouride mouthwash twice a day, and I use the small toothbrush to brush over the brackets/places hard to reach with the tradicional. I have like 4 toothbrushes hehe. Only electrical, one normal, one that brushes both sides of teeth, well all three, and one small one. Howabout you guys? I guess this might have been posted before.

Brushing about 4 times a day - after each meal and if I have a snack. Flossing before bed. Fluoride rinse after flossing. I am not going to get cavities or decalcification after going through all this for my "better dental health."

I brush twice a day, for three minutes each, floss and mouthwash every night, rinse after meals and chew sugarfree gum.

Brushing+Flossing+Mouthwash in the morning and before I go to bed. Rinsing while at work. I used to brush after every meal, but not anymore. I have 2 normal toothbrushes and a small, interdental one.

Yeah, my routine depends really. There can be a lot brushing, depends on what I eat.. But of course, at least twice a day. It's hard to brush after each meal, I eat so often! But I'll defenetely give it a try to get even better at my dental hygiene!

I brush after every meal. :D The only exception would be if I have a snack 1/2 an hour before I eat dinner. I always brush at school even though people give me strange looks! :?

I brush 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night. I also floss every night. I also rinse my mouth after each meal, although, I don't brush after each meal unless my teeth are really gross and rinsing doesn't do it.

I brush after every meal. I can't floss yet, my teeth are still sensitive. I tried to floss one time and I felt like my tooth was going to come off. LOL

I've been brushing after every meal and sometimes after a coffee, usually about four times a day. What worries me is am I brushing too much? I use whitening toothpaste, so should I be concerned about the abrasive quality of the toothpaste? Do you use whitening or regular toothpaste throughout the day?

It takes me about 15-20 mins to floss, so I only do it once a day, at night. I brush 3 times a day, usually for about 3 or 4 mins each time.
