tmj splint for daytime

Hi everyone..please help...Its been 2 years since i had my braces off...I wear my retainers every night...but I still clench alot...my ortho made me a day guard for clenching but its too soft and I cant drink anything with it...i want to get a splint that I can wear during the day...just a splint for the back bottom teeth....anyone know where I can go for one? My ortho doesnt know about them..or TMJ...neither does my general dentist...thanks!!
