CLO's 4 year anniversary !!

#1 Post by Chris »

I believe if I have my calculations right, that CLO is coming up to his 4 year anniversary in braces. We all know that its been a tough road for him, more than any of us have had to deal with and he is such a trouper!

Why don't we all chime in here and let him know that we are still rooting for him to have a successful outcome!

We are still here for you, CLO..wishing you the best outcome possible.
You still have a gorgeous smile and teeth even with all that hardware!

Hi.. I have been "hanging around" for a long while. I don't say much, but in this case I do want to chime in.

Clo, you are hanging in there one day at a time, and the end will one day be here. All this pain and all of the setbacks~ it will be worth it in the end!!!!!

Clo, my dear brace buddy,

We were braced around the same time but I know I got out earlier. I just wanted to remind you we're still rooting for you here and I know that some day you will have that perfect bite (you already have the beautiful smile) =].

Hang in there! Keep us updated!

Hannah

Us not so oldies are also still cheering you on. May the HG provide the magic needed to get the job done and leave a smile on your face.

If you did a source for Clo, you'd find a person that has had the opposite of the wonderful experience most of us has had with orthodontics. He's in Europe and has had a series of orthos. His case in the United States and England would more than likely been treated with surgery. In his country, he has had an endless variety of attempts to treat his bite, most have been a dismal failure.

Through all of this he has kept a positive attitude.

OMG !

What a nice surprise I found here today. Thanks !!!!

@ Chris : thank you so much for starting this. You are
very close with your calculations. May 3th 2004 is the
day I started this journey. ((((((hugs))))))

@ Betty Bat : thanks for your nice words. They are priceless.

@ Beckster : thank you so much.

@ bracedagain : I really hope one day I'll get there.

@ retainerjoe : thanks. I hope one day me too will be "retainer"somebody.

@ Lisa65 : thank you. I wonder who will finish first, you or me ?

@ Spidey : your reply is very much appreciated, thanks.

@ hannah164 : ah, dear brace buddy. I am very pleased to find here your post too.
It is awesome to hear from you again. You graduated with flying colors. Right now,
I am stuck somewhere in this journey. But still I believe once I'll graduate too.

@ iBorg : oh dear, that dreadful hg. I now experience why orthos normally do
not give a hg to an adult. I am so busy these days that I do not get enough hours
a day wearing it. Eeeck, next week I have another adjustment. I do fear my ortho
will not be very impressed with how I am doing now. And oh yes, I still have kept a
positive attitude. Because there are so many people who are a lot more unfortunate
than I am, who experience misery every day. Compared to them, my issues really
are only a luxury problem.

@bracesafter40 : I was braced-being-40, then braced-after-40, then after-41, and
now I am braced-after-44 ... I post in this section about my journey. From day 1 of
this forum until now. The last 3 years can still be found here, the first year was lost
because there was once a forum crash. I went to ortho 1 as a moderately difficult
case. She aligned my teeth quite well, but ruined my bite. I then went to ortho 2,
who tried to give me a better bite. He admitted finally it did not work. Hence now I
see ortho 3. She started in August of last year and up to now she didn't get my bite
better. So, that is me. I found the entrance of braceland. But took the wrong route
somewhere and now it seems I am not able to find the exit.
