looking at BRACES AGIAN next month

well i got my retainers back today , my orthodontist said i realy don't know why this is doing this, i hope the extra strong hooks around the molors pull things back into place , something is happening because my teeth are sore , he wants to see me back sept 23, he set the appt time for 1 1/2 hours , if i need to have braces put back on , i told him i want to wait till jan IF they need to go on AGIAN :braces_angry: his respond was lets see what happens between now an then , :ouch:

Hi Joe,

Sorry to hear that. I hope that your retainer is doing what it needs to do and you don't have to get rebraced! Thinking ++++++++++ thoughts!

me to thanks , yea it's not like i haven't had braces before , but i'm just kinda upset , of the thoughts agian of all the time involved of having braces , oh well i'll see how it goes over the next few weeks , however if his still talking rebrace, i'll do it but i realy don't want to start agian till after christmas , i realy want christmas pictures this year without a :tingrin: METALMOUTH smile , even though thats what i'll have put back on is metal , hay maybe GOLD ones this time :braces_angry:

well my appt has been moved up , tommrow at 10am , i'm back in the chair , i can still see a gap , an food is still getting traped , let's see what the orthodontist says

ursa , i have two , my tmj guy is a orthodontist also , an i have a orthodontist that started my treatment , my reg orthodontist is the one i'm seeing tommrow , my tmj guy thinks it's ok because i don't have any tmj probs YET, i'm not wanting anything to shift like my orthodontist thinks it could down the road a few months from now , i realy don't want braces agian but if he says i need to put a stop to it now i will , however i will push to REBRACE after christmas :tingrin:

looks like no braces required, he said it looked better , so he adjusted my hawleys WOW there realy tight now, wants to see me in jan , he said be ready for a new positioner with headgear (IF) the adjustments to the hawleys don't work , HA i can handle that , the positioner headgear would be for night sleep wear only , looks like my overbite is still pulling an that a positioner headgear would stop it , so i'm cool with that , has anyone else ever known anybody to need this appliance for POST orthodontic treatment :BigTeethGrin:
