I have a question about bite turbos. I grind at night and I wear a custom night guard. When I get braces, I will have to get bite turbos to open up my deep bite. Does anyone know if they are able to make a custom night guard to go over braces and bite turbos, or if it's better to wear a store bought one since your teeth are moving? Also, when you eventually get a retainer, can they make a retainer that's also a night guard, or do you have to wear a night guard over the retainer? I will ask the ortho about all these things, but I was just wondering if anyone knew. Thank you much!
