HI, I also find that my teeth do that! It's very annoying and hurts when I chew! I think it's to align your bite. The first week al my teeth met at strange angles, but seems like it's settled down a bit.
That's the only suggestion I can make...

Its because you have an overbite. Your treatment will correct that though.
