Braces again on Monday.

#1 Post by betharoo »

I had braces my freshman, sophomore, and part of junior year of high school. My teeth were in very bad shape. I've had my braces off for a while now but my teeth are starting to shift, and I wear my retainer all the time. I went to the ortho and he called back today telling me I have to get braced on my top teeth again. He told me i'll have to have them for 6-8 month this time. He told me he think he just took them off to soon. I'm kind of nervous to go through the whole braces thing again. I'm only 19 I know I'm still young lol but still I just started college and everything and now I get to go through it all again. *sigh*

i kno EXACTLY how u feel with the whole college ordeal. ive never had braces before but im saving up to get my own while in my first year of college. but i know it will be worth it in the end even if u feel like u look like you're 12. i still see plenty of ppl with braces in college. and if u think about it. being in braces just means that ur teeth are going to be wayyy better than most people's in the end =]
