MI Paste - Do you use it?

I've been using it for months, and put it on before I went to sleep last night. Woke up this morning and noticed it left a bracket kinda "gunky".
Just curious if anyone here uses it too.

I use M I paste. My regular dentist office 'gave' me a tube for using before braces and during. It was $21 for that tube, but guess that's not so bad considering that she told me to use a pea size amount before bed and not to rinse. That should last for quite some time. I don't think it has done anything awkward to the braces though.
