Up till a week ago, I've been practicing ju-jitsu. Just wondering if anyone from this forum has been in this situation. I already have the brace friendly mouthguard the ortho gave me. Teeth are a little sore but manageable.
Sorry, I can't help you with your exact situation but I can tell you that I went to a volleyball practice the same day I got my braces on and a tournament just a few days later. It was really never an issue to me but may be different for what you're talking about. When in doubt, call and ask your ortho!!
