I can't believe my B-day is this week! I have been so anxious but still very excited.
I took everyone's advice and I have been on a mission to eat everything I love that I might possibly not be able to eat. I'm sure I've gained about 5lbs in the last two weeks. But that might be a good thing, if I end up losing any weight. I'm 5'2" and about 112lbs, so I can't really afford to lose much.
Wish me luck everyone... this is the final stretch. Yikes!!!
Just wanted to say good luck on B-day! I did exactly the same as you in the run up and ate everything I could think of, but it turns out that I can still eat 95% of these things
Eating with either a knife and fork or with great care will ensure that you don't have to miss out, the only thing I've found to really be off the menu are big crusty baguettes!
Good luck, my B-day was last Thursday, and I didn't even think of eating a final sticky thing!! I have lost 5pounds this week----but eating is improving. Went out to lunch for the first time yesterday and did OK...........still wondering why I did this, but really I know the answer, it's just a hard adjustment!!
good luck on your b day!!!! dont forget to have caramel before hand. well you can still get away with eating caramel (popsicles) its still good to have a caramel choco bar cause those will be out afterwards because tney are way to sticky!!

I'm eating my pizza right now. Its soooo good. But I think my nerves are taking over because I have only eaten one and a half slices and I'm stuffed! Oh well, I guess I will just keep eating it throughout the day to get my fill.
Tomorrow is the day. I can't believe it. I will let you all know how it goes....
let us know how you get on ..... although give it a week or tow and you might still be able to eat piza ..... just cut up into small pieces notbitten of a bit slice ! ...
. its soft spaghetti that was my nemesis after getting braced .... didn't cut the stuff up and ended up with it wrapped round the brackets
Hey, could you have some chips, a nice big steak, and a Snickers bar for me, please?? Man, I didn't really have those things very often before, but I could really go for some now!
