Metal Mouth Message Board

Hey all, havent been on this for a while. Well i'm into week 7 now and starting to see good progress. Only managing about 17hrs a day tho, still a no go at work unfortunatley. The speech doesnt bother me but with alot of public speaking i still get the odd tongue twisting moments with it in lol. I've been looking for this red wax but having no luck finding it. Does anyone know a supplier or where to get it? I'd quite like to give it a go. Keep posting guys!
