Can anyone recommend a TMJ orthodontist in the NYC area?

Having a hard time finding an orthodontist that knows anything about TMJ. I have facial spasms after my teeth didnt' meet. Is there anyone that knows of any orthos that specialize in helping TMJ cases...

Willing to travel....In New York City currently.
