Who like me used their waterpik for the first time panicked and took it out their mouth without turning it off.
Luckily enough its only my shower curtain that caught the spray lol

I totally sprayed myself in the face in the beginning
The bathroom walls also got sprayed
Now I only use it when I'm leaning over the bathtub

I was really shocked at how forceful the water stream is! Mine came with 2 heads, a gentle and a deep cleaning and the gentle one is still a bit rough on certain areas of my mouth.

I really like mine. Helps get out lots of stuck bits around the brackets. They can be found at Wal-Mart, Amazon.com, Drugstore.com(where I bought mine because of the rebate that was owed me) and many other drugstores and department stores.

Thanks kilikena311!
Does anyone recommend a particular brand?
I've heard positive things about waterpiks.

I'm glad I have my waterpik! I bought the one that came with several attachements and, in my experience, I never use any of them except the main one. I kind ok knew what to expect when I used it the first time, so I wasn't really surprised but I have still sprayed water around the bathroom a few times. Mine is always on the lower setting - like at 2 or 3 out of 10. I don't know how anyone - braced or not - could have it on the high setting!

Hand in the air over here! I did it alright... in fact I even started with my mouth open. I don't what I was thinking, but it was hilarious when water went shooting on my bathroom walls!! I was going to wear a raincoat the next time, but it was easier to just keep my mouth closed. haha

me too. Sprayed the mirror, the wall, my shirt was soaked. It took me a week to figure out how to use it without giving myself a shower.
