So like my ortho's a chick and she's sooooo pretty, can't help but stare at her when she's looking in my teeth. What do I do? give me advice guys!

PS: I love it when I'm wearing anti UV sunnies at the ortho, get to stare wherever I want without her knowing. She can't see where I'm looking right? right??????

I think Hugh Laurie is totally hot. We all have our fantasies--that's totally normal. What do you do? Nothing. She's your doctor, you're her patient. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure this attraction will dwindle over time.

To state the obvious, it's inappropriate for you to act on those feelings. You don't really know your ortho as a person outside of the small room or cubical she treats you in. While she may be kind and funny in the office, she could be a different person outside of work. You are only seeing a very small part of who she really is. Regardless, as I said before, the very idea of having a relationship with your ortho is no go territory. I agree with a previous poster- your infatuation with her will subside over time as long as you aren't feeding into it.

By the way, she can see you staring at her through those sunnies.

Haha, sorry mate, had to laugh at that! Put it this way, it's better than staring at the ceiling, or some weird photo slideshow/video thing! I'm sure she's completely unaware of the attraction, unless you've given something obvious away (you really don't wanna do that, as macgirl says), so just enjoy it while your treatment lasts!

Just a side note to all men...Women always know when men are staring at them. The sunglasses trick really doesn't work.

As someone has said we can see you no matter how dar. or the color of hte glasses hahaha! I am a dental assistant and I wouldn't lie to you!
I remember one time I was giving someone a prophy (cleaning without goingunder the gums) and I did not realize that my boobs where all over this guys forehead while I was clenaing his lower molars! I was mortified! He didn't mind of course but OMG I am getting embarrased just telling the story!

I know the feeling.. my Ortho is a superr hot.. I call him Dr. Hottie. He definitely makes the visits worth it!

I wish mine were better looking. It would certainly make me look forward to my appointments more!! I think he has taken a bit of a liking towards me which is a little awkward at times. I have had to pay close attention to what I wear to appointments.

My ortho is from Massachusetts and I love his accent. *swoon*
