I recently corresponded with an orthodontist by email who informed me Damon clear brackets would be available in the UK in Jan or Feb next year...I've only just started looking into orthodontics, so I wondered, have these been around a while and perhaps just reaching the UK..or are they brand new?

As far as I know Damon does not have an entirely clear bracket. They are probably referring to the Damon 3 bracket, which is half ceramic and half metal. They are not new.
