Got Braces Today. Still having two milk teeth@19.

Hi Friends,
I got braces today. I have a lot of friends, almost 90% of my teeths are not alligned properly. My upper teeths are out.
My lower teeths are alligned left right (they are not straight). And I'm still having two milk teeths, u can see them in pic, they are very small teeths, now my doctor will remove them after removing braces maybe a year later, then he will replace them with artificial teeths and bridge with other side teeths. My age is 19 year old.
right now, i;m having pain in two teeths, they are a lot unalligned, maybe thats why causing a lot of pain.
I want to know that this pain will be there for how long and will my cheeks get hard as time passes by. I'm getting hurt.
My doctor took Rs 5000( 107$) for braces, and will take Rs 1000 ( 22$)per month.
The cost of bridging would be around Rs 8000 ( 172$)
