Post extraction movement

Hi all

I wonder if this has happened to anyone and if someone could give me some reassurance....

I had my extractions done about 2 weeks ago now. Things are fine and healing has gone well. I have now started to seeing a fair amount of movement and one of my front teeth and 'dropped' about 1/2mm lower than the other. To start out my two front teeth were inverted and they are being twisted back to a straight position. I just hope they will level out and hope that I won't be stuck with this bugs bunny type look lol

Does this sound mad or is it perfectly normal? I'm considering calling my ortho for reassurance but thought I'd ask the question here first.

Many thanks.

Normal. They reposition brackets throughout treatment which levels the teeth.

It's actually not that bad, it's not noticable to others but when you start with braces and you're self obssessed by looking in the mirror ha ha!

Just wanted to bump this to the top to see if anyone else can comment, has this happened to anyone else and what was your outcome if you've been through it?

The right side of my teeth now seem much more 'developed' than the left. If this is just due to bracket positioning I think I will get seen before my normal appointment - I still have four weeks or so until i'm due back.

What shall I do? :? I don't want to be a pain.
