my b day is monday march 29 at 8 am , i'll be getting full metal braces upper an lower agian , he said it would take about an hour an a half , maybe a bit longer , time in braces 18 to 24 months, with another night time sleep apnea appliance with day wear retainers , this is the plan for now , wish me luck agian , kinda guess retainerjoe won't be a good screen name any more after monday :-#) +\+
