Checking out each other in the Ortho

I think it is funny at the ortho, that when anyone smiles, its like everyone looks around to see what their braces look like. Haha.

I do it too...to see what their teeth look like and what color of ligs they have. Just out of curiousity. Not in any kind of bad way.

I have only seen 1 or 2 adults with braces at my ortho..., so we really look at each other. haha.

Yep.
My orthodontist is in Mexico where it seems to be tradition to drag around your extended family for every little errand you run, including the orthodontist clinic, so only about maybe 1 in every 5 of the people in the waiting room actually have braces. Every else is some sort of relative of the metal-mouth in the family.

So for me it is enough work just to figure out which people have braces or not.
My orthodontist uses a very distinctive type of braces which I have never seen anywhere else, but every person who does have braces there, has the exact same type of bracket which I think is very cool (except the small percentage which has ceramic).
