Steak, Crusty Bread and Baby Ruth

#1 Post by Amazing Grace »

So, I asked the Doc if there was anything I should pickup before brace day on Thursday. I took her advice, I had steak and crusty bread for supper tonight and a baby ruth for dessert. I'm getting so excited and alittle scared too.

I was happened to be in a local discount store today and found a Sonicare Elite E7300 for $38.99!!!!!!!!. Life is good!

Wish me luck, only a couple of more days.

Looks like you're getting braced the day before I do. I've been doing the same thing, eating my favorite foods that will be no-nos once braces go on

Pizza, mmm..from a pizza oven thing. And big french baguettes.

Then look forward to your soft foods diet - chocolate mousse, cake, red wine etc etc

You can still eat that after you get braced. I thought I would be limited on what I ate. After the first month or so I ate whatever I wanted. Just be careful

I eat everything I used to....minus being able to bite into an apple. Very very few things that I dont eat. Gummy candies and everything....I still eat them, I just chew carefully!
