I wish my ortho would tell me not to wear my elastics anymore, because it looks to me that they are rotating my lower back molars (I am wearing class II triangles). My bite feels perfect to me, and it looks really good, so, I don't understand why am I still wearing elastics?
Anybody experienced anything like this?

Sorry, I forgot one thing....could it be the lower powerchain that is rotating them....I noticed the rotation after I got the powerchain on...

Elastics can be annoying and often seem to cause on problem while they solve another. It's like taking two steps forward and one step back.

I was very close to having my braces removed but then got a new elastics regimen and it created a small gap between two teeth. So on went the powerchain until the next time when I was given a DB day.

Trust your ortho. The elastics deal with the more time-consuming and more monumental shifts with your jaw. Compared to that, rotating teeth is often fairly simple and can be dealt with later.

i think its the lower power chain doing the work! my dentist ever put a powerchain for my molars to make it rotate to its correct position. i didnt know powerchains could do that. maybe you could ask your dentist to correct that.
