Hi - I was just wondering if it's possible for you to notice a change in your teeth after being braced for only 2 days?

I couldn't SEE any changes, but absolutely within two days I could "feel" change especially with floss. The floss would "glide" into places where it took some force before, and I had tiny gaps starting to form that had never been there before.

I think you can. I could definitely feel changes when I flossed too, especially the first couple of days, and even now each day a different tooth feels tighter or looser when I try to thread the floss through. Also, I think my arch has rounded out ever so slightly when I've looked at it in the mirror. So to me it's definitely possible, I guess it just depends on the individual and their teeth and bones etc.

I've been braced for less than a week and I have noticed changes. I only have my uppers braced too. My lower canine's tip is now touching the rounded part of the inside of my upper canine. My back teeth aren't meeting by just a millimeter. Feels funny. I hope the progress keeps going....It makes the pain so worth it. Although no one else has noticed any difference yet, I feel it.

If you start off with elastics you can probably see changes in the teeth that attached to rubber bands.
In this picture, the gap that you see on the lower incisor with the band around it appeared after putting on a rubber band at night and waking up in the morning. The night before the teeth were touching.
This was a picture taken the day before:
