My Teeth Are Barking!

#1 Post by njsuburban »

Wow, They hurt! I had a new heavie wire put in yesterday, and my teeth haven't hurt since I was banded. I don't know what size wire is on the top, but the whole (metal) bracket is filled. <<<<<end rant>>>>>>

Did you get a good look at the wire? If so, was it sort of square looking by any chance?

It could be a square wire (meant to improve your arch). Don't sweat it. Like all things brace related, the pain will ease
Uppers: August 13th, 2009 (no spacers)
Lowers: October 13th, 2009 (following one extraction October 9th, 2009) with elastics
Sentence:18-24 months
Hoping for an early release (good behavior)
