Help identify teeth

May i know if the fourth teeth at her upper arch is second premolar or first molar teeth?

If you are counting the front tooth as the 1st, then the 4th is a premolar (it looks as if she has had the other premolar removed to me).

It is a premolar. Very difficult to determine whether it is the first or second premolar however from this view.
For everyone on this board worried about extractions, here's a great example of a nice, big, full smile for someone who had 4 teeth removed :).

Oh definitely, I agree!
She does have a lovely dainty nose though... I am not sure it would be the same for me! It runs on my dads side of the family, large pointy noses! My Ortho said my nose would become more protrusive

... I wasn't offended, which is odd for me!

Really thanks for all the replies!
He used to have bad teeth for his top arch.
Overcrowding etc.
From this picture, is it possible that the fifth teeth from the front is a first molar?
