I have part powerchains (donno if you can still call them that) to close my extraction gaps for premolars top and bottom. They are wire ones that the ortho twist up to tighten across the 2 teeth only, on top of the arch wire itself.
One of the top twisted wire is a little loose and I think my teeth has moved (wires are poking out at the end). Is it something I need to go back to the ortho for? They have set times each day to get wires clipped if they are poking out so I know I can go in for that without an appointment but the wire loosening, I am not sure about. Should I wait until my next adjustment on 1 Dec??
