CAVITIES!!!

Okay so im 14 i also have braces that have been on since july 8th and since then ive worked my routine to really long (2 minutes the left middle and right side of my front teeth, 1 minute 30 seconds for the whole inside bottom and inside top part of my mouth.) routine-9 minutes everytime i brush which is usually about and hour(oh god i know this is why) after i eat meals, because im really stupid and lazy. Oh and i also brush my gums for 1 min 47 sec then go through my whole mouth until 4 minutes.... but i do this hectic routine after about and hour every meal. Just yesterday morning i didnt have a black line thats going down from first second molar on the bottom left side of my tooth. But last night after i used mouthwash (since i didnt feel like brushing cuz i didnt eat anything... yeah i know im stupid) i opened my mouth and theres this line in one of the hole like lines and its black... and im preetu sure its a cavitiy What should i do, im going to brush my teeth but i dont think it will help. God sorry for the realy stupid explanation but im just freaking out! I cant believe a cavity can form in 1 day!

firstly check if your mouth wash contains "clorhexidine"..this substance is known to stain teeth...if used on regular basis..
then try taking a pic of your line cause it's really hard to understand where it is

a cavity takes months to form so relax... maybe its just calculus that was under your gum line, and now in braces, by extruding that tooth it is out in the light i have this near my gum line, appered like yours, over night, and my ortho cleaned it the next appoinment..

I agree with Ionika, I'm 16 and I was using crest pro health rinse and then just out of the blue there was a random spot on my teeth, then i looked it up and I read the mouthwash could cause staining.
