i discovered a partial solution to dealing w/ my sensitivity.....i thought i would have to give up my e toothbrush entirely, but then i discovered that i could brush most of my mouth w/ the e tooth brush, and then the sensitive part w/ a regular toothbrush. i'ts an extra step,,but worth it to get most of my mouth feeling really clean yet not hurting so bad. not a greatly inspired idea, but i thought i would share it as it's help me. when i brushed only with the regular toothbrush i didn't feel as clean, no matter how well i brushed....

Cool, thanks for the tip I am about to buy another electric toothbrush, my other one died a long time ago and I never replaced it. Lately I feel like my teeth just aren't getting clean enough.

I'm using both brushes: first I spend some minutes with the electric toothbrush, and I finish with a regular toothbrush cleaning. I don't feel like they are clean until I use both.

I feel a bit of sensivity too, but I can live with it :)
