Profile Wishlist?

I got braced in September 2010. I have been wearing elastics on my canines (the bands make a triangle shape) for a month. Next month my ortho wants me to give him a 'profile wishlist'. I do not know what he means by it. I did not have an overbite or anything before I was braced.
