I just saw a close-up profile shot of Kate Middleton in In Touch Weekly. It looks like she has only one bicuspid (it also looks like she has a veneer over it)...
Just checked. Yeah, she's either missing two premolars or she's missing her lateral incisors and they moved up/filed her canines/premolars to compensate. Leaning towards the latter - it's fairly common for caucasians to be missing their lateral adult incisors congenitally.
