FINALLY DONE!!!

So after 2 years and three months I'm out of braces...I'll attempt to post the before and afters (although the before pics are day 2 in braces)

Pardon the chapped lips in the final results...my lips were in horrible shape after the removal :)

There were times it felt like it would never be over. Particularly towards the last few months when my teeth seemed straight but the ortho wanted to make some last tweaks to my bite before taking the braces off. Not to mention some of the more painful adjustments. Otherwise, the time did go by pretty fast and it's really cool to watch your teeth move so quickly.

Seriously, my only regret is not getting braces sooner.

When the ortho finished they showed me ALL the before pictures...I think it's their way of ensuring I wear my retainers once I get them :)

Your teeth look great! Makes it all worthwhile, eh? I love seeing before and after pictures. Take it from a 2nd timer...do wear your retainers faithfully! :wink:

Aww wow! I love looking at before and after pics! I'm at that end stage you mentioned where I love my teeth but ortho keeps doing minor adjustments that seem to be going on and on for ever. I feel like he's never going to say 'ok you're done' ! I do trust him though and know he knows what he's doing, I'm just finding this end part unbearable! Have got an appt today, in an hours time so fingers crossed I get some good news
