I have heard different opinions about using whitening toothpaste while being braced. I would like to stay away from whitening just to be safe. I am looking for advice on what toothpaste I should switch to? Any suggestions would be great!
I like Colgate Total, clean mint, paste. It leaves a nice fresh feeling in your mouth. Just like the commerical says, it really does last a long time. Then again, I brush 4 times a day...
