So after 14 months (exactly the ortho's prediction) I am done. It feels very weird to see my teeth again. I was warned that they would seem big when I first saw them. Heed that warning - it's quite an odd experience!

I'm absolutely not used to having straight teeth so I'm having to adjust to that, but overall I think the ortho has done a great job.

My main issue was with my arch - the teeth that come after the canines leaned in making it really uncomfortable for my tongue. I also had an overbite so couldn't gracefully eat sandwiches. Plus - with crowding, various teeth were disappearing while others were bursting forward.

Wow, your teeth look great! My back teeth looked very similar to yours and my tongue was also crammed in. Did you notice a difference in speaking? I feel like I can already form "s" words so much better. You should be very happy with the results!
