I have clear braces top and bottom. I have the molar build ups - still. I have a quad helix expander on the top palate and TODAY the lower lingual arch was installed. The purpose of the quad and the lower lingual is to expand my arches. I have a tiny mouth. I have a constant gag reflex going on now and am back to not being able to eat solid food. I've lost 10 pounds since I started this journey a month ago. Does anyone out there have all of this going on and would like to share?

Quad Helix expander 8-23-11
Lower Lingual expander 9-20-11
