Who Performs a Frenectomy?
Hi, I do believe I might need a frenectomy I have a bit of a gap between my top central Inscisors. And the skins excess there its confusing to say but on the offchance that I do need a Frenectomy, who performs it? Is it my orthodontist or an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon? Or the General Dentist? How much would one cost in boston? Considering I don't have (dental)insurance?

I can't answer the question about prices, as I don't live in Boston nor have I had the procedure done, myself...
But a quick Google search seemed to show that the procedure is usually performed in your orthodontist's office or the dentist's office. Maybe you should ask your orthodontist more about it- I'm sure he has all the answers you need!
