Help! Need your input please!

So I've been wearing braces for about 2 months now. My teeth have been moving around some. But I have noticed that one of my pre-molars feel very "spongy". Whenever I bite into it, it feels very swollen and like the tooth is actually moving! So I looked in the mirror and tried to press on the said tooth and omg it was actually moving up and down (thus the spongy description). I mean visually moving, I wasn't just feeling it but seeing it.
Is this at all normal??

some of my teeth have felt like that too, wobbly etc. think its pretty normal from what i have heard!!

Yes. It is very normal. I have had mine on almost two years and my teeth still move around some.

It is very normal... your teeth have to become loose to move. No need to worry.
