Had consultation (Not sure)

Had a consultation with an orthodontist but i'm not sure what to make of it. My problem is my second upper right tooth bites behind my lower teeth and the only way he can my space is to remove a premoler which he said is the only way, when i asked if my back teeth could be pushed outward towards my cheeek he said it's not possible as the back teeth cannot be moved, even with an arch expander? The thing with my teeth is the front ones are making my lips look a bit fuller and the back teeth go inwards towards my tongue making my cheeks look sinked in.. All i wan't is for these teeth to be in there correct position thus making my face look better but it sounds like this isn't possible...

If you aren't confident with this ortho, get another consult, how you feel about him now won't change. Did he mention if you're midline would be off, with having just the one tooth pulled? That's an issue that some didn't realize would happen, and they aren't too happy about it now.
As for how the teeth move, sometimes with age there are things that can't be done. Don't give up though, another ortho may have a solution for you. And I'm sure someone on this site can help a bit more than me, since I didn't have/need my molars moved.

At first he did say just removing one would move my midline over but that was before he saw my x-ray and realised my back 4 teeth had been pulled in the past (2nd from back now) so that should not effect my midline and if he removed both premolers he wudn't be able to close the gap on one side fully. I will seen another ortho just to see what they say about it as my brace fitting (if i go with this ortho) isn't till the end of may grrr...

If the root angles are correct now (you'd have to ask the ortho if this is the case), tilting molars outwards would compromise them, which is not healthy for your teeth or gums. It is possible you just have a narrow face...
