Well its hard to believe its almost one year of wearing braces,
its been awhile since my last post, for those who dont remember me. Im 29, (turning 30 this year
) my case requires braces as well as lower jaw surgery (hopefully end of this year) i must say it took a lot for me to me this BIG decision, due to the surgery portion.
This was something i always wanted as a teenage, but unfortunatly my parents did not have the money. finally as i got older and really hated the way my teeth looked/functioned i decided to go through with it. and boy am i glad i did! my confidence has gone up 100% since i started wearing my braces.
Prior to braces i use to stutter, but im now happy to say i dont anymore. and to think im still only half way there. as much as im affraid of the surgery...I just want to get it done and over with. ive posted pictures from my start date, to my current date in hopes to encourage someone else who may have been in my shoes several years ago.
This was my first week.

And This is as of now.
