I lost a bracket last week, but didn't cut any wires. The Damons I have are designed with little "trap doors" that open to release the wire. No ligatures.

Question: Why not just remove the ligature?

mine are like the damons no rubberbands , and it was the bracket on the last tooth and the wire was poking me very bad. My gf thought it was very funny that she got to play dentist
