What's the best treatment for bimaxillary protrusion.? I have that. My mouth sticks out more than my nose like i'm an african descent.. braces? Do i need surgery?

I think it depends on why your mouth sticks out...

If its ur teeth/jaw causing it then braces can be the right fit.

But if it is a skelatal problem then surgery would be my guess..

Thats y u need to speak with an ortho and have a consult.

They'll do xrays, pics, molds etc to get the whole pic of whats going on with ur sketal system, and ur teeth and he/she will be better at giving u an answer as to the treatment course suitable.
