Triangular gap between front teeth

I have a triangular gap between my top front teeth and I hate it. I've had braces for 3 years, and the gap hasn't gone away. According to both orthodontists I've had, it won't. I'm going to be getting my braces off in a few months, and I'm dreading it. It's going to look like I still need braces! The gap isn't at the gum line, it's at the bottom of my teeth. Do any of you know if there is anything that can be done about this?

My orthodontist said my teeth are done moving for the most part. We are just waiting for the overbite on the left side to close (right in the picture).

Your dentist may be able to build up the corners with some kind of bonding.
Alternatively you could see if the ortho can do some IPR at the top of the teeth so they can be brought closer together.

can't see the photo. but I had some bonding done when I chipped one of my lower front teeth. My dentist did mention they may not last long though.

It is just the shape of your upper front teeth. I have a similar issue and it bothered me but my orthodontist said everything was fine. It bothered me so much that I went out and got a 2nd opinion with another ortho and they confirmed it was the shape of my teeth and everything was how it should be.
Braces can straighten crooked teeth but they cannot change the shape of our teeth. I would say bonding would help disguise your issue but you need to decided whether it's worth it. At first I wanted bonding but now I have decided against it.
I am not an orthodontist so will say there could be a possibility that your ortho could do some IPR between the upper teeth and then bring them together. It sounds simple but might not be, it could mess up other things and create other gaps and even increase your treatment time. Bring it up with your ortho and see what they suggest... but I would have thought if it was something that could be done they would have mentioned it already but maybe not so no harm in suggesting it to them.

I've got those!
I'm getting IPR done to free up some space for the crowding and get rid of any black triangles.
If you look at my brace story, you can see I have very wedge shaped front teeth. Even when perfectly straight, they will have a triangular space at the base. I've been told the IPR will remove this.
