I'm also 4 weeks in. I can see tiny changes but nothing as dramatic as some people here. My dentist was very excited when she saw "all" the movement. She laughed when I said she was being very optimistic and said that 1 mm in dentistry is a lot of movement.
If you can feel change, then it is happening - I can feel it more than see it too. Just hang in there. The movement will soon be big enough for your eyes to register it too.

Don't stress! There might be movement at the back. And sometimes I think a tooth will have moved then a couple of days later it seems to have shifted back. I saw my ortho at about 3 weeks and he told me there'd been a fair bit of movement but I couldn't see a thing. It's only been in the last couple of days I noticed one gap at the bottom has closed a little....otherwise, not noticing much. Some teeth are harder to floss between so I assume there's been movement there. Keep taking photo's. It will happen

I see a slight change! How are you feeling now, have you had any more movement that's more noticeable since?

Hey
I think my canines come down a bit more, and I can feel a gap that wasnt there before woohoo! My bite feels different too, it seems to change every few days, not enjoying this wobbly teeth business though lol
I have my first adjustment next Wednesday so will hopefully see more movement after. I need to take some more photos its been a while

One thing that can be encouraging is when, even if you can't see the change, certain places are easier to floss. Have you noticed that?

Yep I've found some teeth are tighter to floss between (if that makes sense lol) and some are easier.
Also one tooth will all of a sudden become sensitive and achy, then it's fine the day after lol

I suddenly can floss between my incisor and my lateral incisor without the floss touching the sides of either tooth! Yeah - a new gap. Also, the space between my incisors is now tiny. It is hard to get floss between them.
