If you're lucky, it won't be painful, just some discomfort. Eat foods that you can handle without pain and USE YOUR WAX! You will be amazed at how quickly the time will pass. Good luck!

Nope . I'm waxed up good, though. I also took two acetaminophen when I got home. This will sound funny, but I already feel like they have been on forever. However, I will let you know how I feel tomorrow .

what type of braces did you get?

I will have braces in a month: uo and down. I feel both excited and nervous.

I have clears on top and will have metal on the bottom. And um...the pain train has arrived . It's going to be so worth it!
